1. General Terms

By accessing and placing orders with MS Trading Company, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We operate as a B2B wholesale distributor of healthcare products.

2. Wholesale Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in PKR (or the applicable local currency) and are subject to change without notice. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply to certain healthcare and medical supplies.

3. Product Use & Liability

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary licenses and authorizations to purchase, distribute, and resell healthcare products. MS Trading Company is not liable for the misuse or improper handling of medical supplies after delivery.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines depend on the volume of the wholesale order. Due to the sensitive nature of healthcare products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

5. Payment Terms

Full or agreed partial payments must be cleared prior to dispatch unless a specific credit agreement has been established with your account.
